PDR Mentorship, operated through the Prophet David Rauf ministry platform, allows registered users to request deletion of their Mentorship Hub account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Send an account deletion request from the email address connected to your PDR Mentorship account to adammoses72@gmail.com.

Use the subject “PDR Mentorship Account Deletion Request” and include your full name and the email address used for your Mentorship Hub account. We may ask for additional information only when reasonably necessary to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.

What will be deleted

After a verified deletion request is processed, the PDR Mentorship account will be removed or deactivated as appropriate and personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible. This may include profile information, account credentials, contact details, mentorship application information and user-submitted content associated with the account.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity or legitimate ministry and administrative record-keeping. Any retained information will be limited to the purpose requiring its retention and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion of specific data

If you want to request deletion of particular personal information without deleting your entire PDR Mentorship account, you may use the same email address and clearly identify the information you want us to review for deletion.
