This Privacy Policy explains how PDR Mentorship, operated through the Prophet David Rauf ministry platform, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the PDR Mentorship website, web application or Android application.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use PDR Mentorship, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, state or region, city, occupation, church or ministry information, ministry role, mentorship area, application details, profile information and account credentials.
When you participate in the Mentorship Hub, we may also process content you choose to submit, such as private mentorship messages, community posts and comments, meeting responses, assignment submissions, prayer requests, profile photographs, voice notes, images and documents.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage mentorship accounts; process mentorship applications; provide teachings, meetings, assignments, communities and private mentorship communication; provide support; maintain security; prevent misuse; improve the service; and send service-related confirmations, reminders and ministry updates.
3. Email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications
Where applicable and permitted, PDR Mentorship may use email, SMS and WhatsApp to send account activation messages, confirmations, reminders, mentorship updates, teaching notifications, meeting information and other service-related communications. Delivery providers process the information necessary to transmit those communications on our behalf.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with authorized ministry administrators and staff where necessary to operate the mentorship program, and with service providers that support functions such as hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp messaging and security. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, the ministry or the service.
5. Private and community content
Private mentorship messages are intended for the participant and authorized mentorship personnel. Community posts, comments and other content submitted to shared areas may be visible to other authorized members of the relevant community. Members are not intended to receive another member's private contact information through the public member profile.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the mentorship service, maintain legitimate ministry and administrative records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
8. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your PDR Mentorship account and associated personal data by contacting us using the email address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
9. Children
PDR Mentorship is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If we learn that information from a child has been submitted in circumstances requiring parental or guardian authorization, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
10. International processing
Because the mentorship program may serve participants in different countries and use service providers operating internationally, information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to use information consistently with this policy and applicable requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the PDR Mentorship service develops or legal and operational requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
